Alison grew up in Waldo County, Maine and attended Bates College. She graduated in 2004 with a degree in Studio Art. Alison currently works as an art teacher in the Maine Public School System. She utilizes multiple mediums for her artwork including oil pastel, watercolor, acrylic, oils, colored pencil and ink. Her work is inspired by her love for the ocean and visiting different parts of the globe. Alison currently lives in Belfast, Maine with her husband, Cedric, and daughter, Eva. Her artwork is available to purchase as cards, postcards and prints.
